Template of the Week 📕
This is a template we use for a job-cost management saas. We use AI (o4 mini) to generate specific, relatable pain points that mirror their daily reality, use relevant social proof from a similar company, then soft CTA to drive engagement. No company name mentioned, no jargon. Just human problems and a simple solution.
John, as the Ops Director for a healthcare construction firm, I'm guessing your days involve piecing together costs from all over the place.
Fire door adjustments discussed in a site huddle.
Specialist equipment hire tucked into a PO spreadsheet.
Final fix materials unaccounted for in the original BOQ.
Then dumping it all into a master spreadsheet and hoping it's vaguely accurate.
We helped Medbuild - very similar to you - ditch the mess and get a live view of every cost, as it happens.
Mind if I show you how?
Tutorial of the Week 🏫
Tool of the Week ⚙️
What it does? Allows you to create email accounts for your domains.
Why we love it? They’re an SMTP, which means they handle the actual sending of emails directly, without relying on big providers, giving you more control, speed, and flexibility over your outreach.
Next steps: Ping their Founder Nikita on LinkedIn (GTM legend) & sign-up above.
Tip of the Week 💡
I see it all the time. Great initial email. Then empty followups like “Just bumping this to the top of your inbox”. Total waste of a touchpoint.
Your email sequence should read like a single, flowing narrative. Each follow-up should build on the storyline of the previous email, not switch gears or introduce a random new angle. This is called context bridging. For example, if the first email talks about their hiring push, the second should deepen that thread, like sharing a resource specifically for hiring in that role.
When each message dovetails naturally into the next, you create momentum and engagement instead of fatigue.
