3. Corporate-speak is dead
Buyers are sick of robotic SDR-bot emails. In 2025, the best outbound teams will sound real—casual, raw, and to the point.
Short AF – Under 50 words. One hook, one CTA. No fluff.
Conversational – “Hope you’re well” is out. “Saw you’re scaling. Let’s talk” is in.
Swearing (When Needed) – Light profanity grabs attention: “Hiring’s a f***ing nightmare, right? We fix that.”
More Voice, Less Text – LinkedIn voice notes, WhatsApp DMs, and Loom videos will dominate.
Pattern Interrupts Win – Slang, humor, and personality will separate real humans from spammy automation.
Nobody reads long, formal cold emails anymore.
If you’re still writing like a corporate PDF, you’re losing.
4. The Rise of the GTM Engineer
The traditional SDR is on the decline.
Instead, companies will hire GTM Engineers—operators who specialise in outbound automation, data scraping, AI copywriting, and multi-channel orchestration.
